Open 8am-midnight - 7 days a week
Rental: $500
Deposit: $100 (non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of your event)

Small Room- 
Open 8am-10pm - Monday-Friday
Rental: $25 per hour ($150 for 8 hours/$275 full day) 
Deposit: $50 (non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of your event)
Cleaning fee - $35

Other: 
Bartender & Sergeant at Arms: $200 for 8 hours ($20 each additional hour) 
     **Required if alcohol is served
Table & Chair set up: $50
Table & Chair break down: $50
Clean up: $50
